History

• When Japanese occupied Taiwan, we were named in " The Fourth working Department, Public Work Bureau, Mining Department, Taiwan Administrative Affairs".

• In June 1947, we're named in " Tai-Chung Working Department, Water Resources Agency, Construction Hall of Taiwan Government".

• In May 4, 1956, we were named by the government and changed it into " The third Public Work Department, Taiwan Water Resources Agency", which is directly under Water Recourses Agency.

• In January 23, 1998, we reorganized by the government and were named in " The third River Basin Management Bureau, Taiwan Province" .

• In July first, 1999, we re organized by the Administrative Affaires and were named in " The third River Basin Management Bureau, Water Conservancy Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs".

• In March 28, 2002, we reorganized by the Ministry of Administrative Affairs and were named in " The third River Management Bureau, Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs".
